Meet our team.
“I spent twenty-five years in a high school religion classroom, talking with students about God, the world and their lives. Over the years I watched as they grew more and more skeptical of faith in general and organized religion in particular.
At the same time I became interested in the growing field of trauma recovery, returning to school to get an MA in Holistic Health Studies. I learned more about the intricate ways in which our bodies, spirits and minds interact.
Amidst the intense suffering surrounding us and the fading influence of our Christian churches, I ask myself, "How do we preserve the human heart as Jesus taught us?" Tending to spiritual resilience through spiritual practices is one method among many. I hope to share it with you.
